Tucows Registry Services Portal Guide

This guide walks registrars through the steps required to onboard via the Tucows Registry Services Portal.

Prerequisites

  • A valid registrar email address
  • The Onboarding waiver fee code provided in your Radix onboarding mailer. You may also contact transition@radix.email to obtain a code.
    Note: the waiver code is case sensitive

Access Instructions

1. Access the Tucows Registry Services Portal

Navigate to the Tucows Registry Services Portal: https://portal.tucowsregistry.net/
Note: The onboarding portal is different from the Registrar Console.

2. Create Your Account

  • Select Create Account
  • Register using your registrar email address

3. Accept Tucows Registry Services System Access Agreement

  • Review the Tucows Registry Services System Access Agreement
  • Accept the Tucows Registry Services System Access Agreement to proceed

4. Enter Your Onboarding Waiver Fee Code

  • When prompted for a payment select Enter a code
  • Enter the onboarding waiver fee code provided in your onboarding email.
    Note: This code allows you to bypass the payment requirement. Ensure the code is entered exactly as provided, including capitalization.

5. Add Contact Information

Enter and confirm your current contact details. Ensure all information is accurate and up to date

Important: Complete each of the separate contact tabs in full. You must provide all required registrar contact information for the following roles:

  • Primary Contact
  • Billing Contact
  • Legal Contact
  • Administrative Contact
  • Abuse Contact

6. Review and Sign the RRA

Please read and review the Registry-Registrar Accreditation agreements for the TLDs you would like to access, and Sign only if you are a legally authorized representative of your registrar.

  • After signing, you must click the Next button to submit your agreements, signing alone does not complete this step.
  • Click Submit Application to proceed. Once submitted, your agreements will be sent for review. You will receive an email with next step instructions once the review is complete. Signed agreements can be viewed and downloaded at any time, except while your application is under review.
    Note: Your application is not submitted until you click Submit Application.

Review Completed Application Status

Once all steps are completed and the RRA is signed, your application status will be available on your dashboard.
