This article provides an overview of the Radix registry environments hosted on Tucows Registry Services. It outlines the available Operational Test & Evaluation (OTE) and production systems, including EPP endpoints, registrar consoles, and WHOIS/RDAP services, to help configure, test, and prepare integrations ahead of the Radix migration.
New registrars will receive an onboarding email from Tucows containing:
- OTE credentials
- Client private key
- Certificates
- System access details
Important: The onboarding link expires 30 days from the date it is sent.
New registrars must:
- Access the onboarding link before it expires
- Log in to the Tucows OTE environment
- Test required EPP commands
Existing Tucows registrars
If you already work with Tucows Registry Services for other TLDs:
- Your existing EPP credentials will be copied to the Radix OTE and production environments
- No new credentials are required
Production environments are not live yet. Tucows will notify registrars when production access is available.
